When the money is in your bank account, match the reference and switch the plan on. The society gets its receipt at once.

Renewal emails go out by themselves each morning. You can send one now, or send it from your own WhatsApp for free.

Everyone signs in as themselves, with their own password and authenticator code. Their name goes on everything they do.
They get an email with a link that lasts 48 hours. They choose a password and set up the authenticator app before they can see anything.
Signed out after 12 hours, or 30 minutes without use. Five wrong tries locks sign-in for 15 minutes.
Everything you change here, and every time you open a society's system, is kept.
